I started Hey Brew because freshly made food is my life's passion — not just a job. With formal training in every item on the menu and six-plus years of experience serving Cape Town, I've built this little shop on one simple promise: everything is made properly, with care, every morning. I'm a good listener, I move fast when it's busy, and I'll always go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. That's the whole idea.
